This is where you list if you have 1v1'ed somebody of a higher rank and won, therefor you message here to request your new rank, and the opponent or person being challenged MUST state whether they lost or not, because if i wind up finding out they lied, they will be punished by possibly being kicked off, but i will consult the Co.
